Bayou Bourbon Chicken & Slaw Sandwiches

I LOVE the Bayou Bourbon Glaze! It's so versatile and this recipe is AMAZING - I don't even like Coleslaw but this one is FANTASTIC!!!

One of the easiest meals!! And a favorite for everyone in the family, ebmven the kids.

My son and his daughters are very fussy eaters. They all loved this and took leftovers home. I sent some to our elderly neighbors who raved about it! I cooked boneless chicken in my pressure cooker rather than the rotisserie chicken. I made this for company; they took the leftover with them to eat on their 13 hour trip home.

Our family loves the ease of making the Bayou Bourbon Chicken and Slaw Sandwiches. They are easy to make for those hectic dinner nights. Wrap in tinfoil and you can head out the door and eat at the park or game.

What a great way to turn that boring old chicken into an amazing sandwich in less than 20 minutes!

I didn't have the chicken so I used ground turkey. Served on wheat buns with slaw on the top. It was deliciuos!!
