All the fussy eaters LOVED it!

My son and his daughters are very fussy eaters. They all loved this and took leftovers home. I sent some to our elderly neighbors who raved about it! I cooked boneless chicken in my pressure cooker rather than the rotisserie chicken. I made this for company; they took the leftover with them to eat on their 13 hour trip home.

    Fast and Easy Slaw Sandwich

Our family loves the ease of making the Bayou Bourbon Chicken and Slaw Sandwiches. They are easy to make for those hectic dinner nights. Wrap in tinfoil and you can head out the door and eat at the park or game.

I am on week 2 of my first Tastefully Simple 30-day routine, and this was amazing! Easy and simply amazing! The flavors kept me dipping the spoon in the pan to taste, taste, taste. Two thumbs up.
